This can be really helpful for a lot of people, but it’s important to keep track of when considering your past becomes unhealthy for you. I tend to try to move on relatively quickly just because if I let it go on too long, I lose track of how long I’ve been stuck on that past event.

It’s not for everybody, but do try to let yourself enjoy what’s happening to you in the moment. If you spend too long worrying about things you can’t go back and change, you’ll regret the time you lost in the present.
