You can always tell the baby undergrads in the English dept from the grad students at my college because the grad students come down the hall 2 minutes into a 1:15pm class in a giant pack together while the undergrads keep their eyes low and nearly combust when they accidentally bump into each other while walking to class ten minutes early.
